Hi there,
Do you feel overwhelmed by the pace that AI and Agents are developing?
It can be daunting. I want to share my experiences and learnings as I delve into the world of Agentic AI.
I intend to share insights, tips, useful links, and provide documentation and guides to help you learn along with me.
Who am I?
I’ve been working in IT for over 25 years, based in the UK and Canadian energy sectors. I’ve progressed through various operational roles before moving into architecture and management.
I believe that any IT professional should be continuously learning and seeking opportunities for innovation at all times. In my career I’ve seen several waves of disruption such as the Internet, Virtualisation, Personal Computing, Cloud Computing, and IoT. However, the pace at which AI is disrupting our world is dizzying. It’s never been more important to understand both the risks and opportunities that AI – particularly Agents – will bring.
Why did I create this site?
Two reasons really.
1. To act as my own knowledge base. As I learn more about AI and Agents it’s important to me that I document my experience and collate reference information.
2. To share what I learn. I know there are many IT professionals who are in the same situation as me. If this site helps someone else in some small way then it’s my way of giving back.
